• We aim to ship within 24 hours of purchase. On the rare occasion of out of stock we aim to ship within 7 - 14 days. If we are to ship after 14 days due to manafacturer delays ,an email will be sent to keep you updated on the status of your order

We will not be held responsible for items that go missing by Royal Mail small parcels. Please contact us if your item has not arrived - we are not able to claim for the missing item until 15 working days since dispatch, as the Royal Mail do not classify the item as "lost" until then. We will not send a replacement/refund to you for the missing item until you have replied to the Royal Mail's P91 letter in which you tick the box and sign to state you have not received the item. When we are notified by the Royal Mail that the claim has been successful, we will then replace the item straight away. Unfortunately we have had to take this route as the Royal Mail have changed their policy; please understand that the problem has arisen through no fault of our own. We do not have tracking numbers for parcels sent by Royal Mail, so if you would like a more secure and faster method of delivery for your order, we strongly suggest you select the "Courior" option when you go through checkout - which starts at £4.99 for mainland UK.
